*** WE ADVISE PARENTS/GUARDIANS TO PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC MY RIDE K-12 APP AND VERIFY YOUR REGISTERED STUDENT’S INFORMATION PRIOR TO COMPLETING THIS FORM ***

  • Download App from: Apple Store, Google Play, or visit desktop site.
  • This form is only to be used for registered students that need to change a current applied mode of transportation. If you have not registered your student with your local school, please do so. You will select your student’s mode of transportation during registration.
  • Please verify your registered student’s pickup and drop-off address and modes of transportation via the My Ride K-12 app or desktop site prior to completing this form.
  • If after reviewing the My Ride K-12 app or desktop site information you find an incorrect address, please contact your registered student’s school for an address change. Once the address change is complete, and you have verified the new address is displayed in the app or on the desktop site, if a different mode of transportation is needed, please complete this form.
  • If after reviewing the app or desktop site information and your registered student’s pickup and drop-off addresses are correct, and you have determined that a different mode of transportation is needed, please complete this form.
  • Changes will take at least 48 hours to take effect.
